The Windy City Invitational is a highly anticipated men's & women's gymnastics competition hosted in the Chicagoland area. This event has been a mainstay in the gymnastics community for the past 29 years!

When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. The block is at Sable at Navy Pier (also Embassy Suites Magnificent Mile, Swissotel, Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile). Rates: Sable 1K $199/2Q $259; Embassy 2D $185/1K $175; Swissotel $169; Hyatt Centric 1K $139/2Q $159. Book before December 25, 2026.
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
No refunds on or after 12/2/26; meet proceeds regardless of weather. Payment due Nov 15, 2026; scratch/level-change deadline Dec 1, 2026. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
Can an athlete move levels after we enter?
Level changes are accepted through December 1, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
