Your gym's next chapter.
You spent decades building something that matters. Selling to Vault means it keeps mattering, with your name still on the door, your people still on the floor, and new fuel behind both.
We buy gyms to honor legacies, not erase them.
"The coaches who built this sport care about two things: their athletes and their life's work. Our job is to protect both." — Vault Founders
Every founder keeps a forever founder hat: stay as GM, keep coaching, mentor the next director, or step back on your own timeline.
You keep
- Your name, culture & heritage
- Your staff, through the transition and beyond
- Your community relationships
- A role shaped around your life
We add
- A brand your staff is proud to wear.
- Modern systems, safety & risk foundations
- Better pay, benefits & careers for your team
- Capital for facilities and growth

I thought selling meant saying goodbye. First year in, my name is still on the sign, my coaches got raises, and I finally took a vacation.

What we look for in a gym.
Not every gym is the right fit. Here's the profile we look for before we ever start a conversation.
A strong, founder-led culture that shapes everything else about how the gym runs.
Local institutions with a strong community reputation: the gym everyone already knows.
Full lifecycle programming with a strong track record of competitive gymnastics.
Active in hosting and sponsoring large competitions, camps, and meets.
A dedicated staff with low turnover, season after season.
What's your gym worth?
Six numbers, about two minutes. You'll get a directional estimate built from real gym sale comps: a starting point for your own thinking, whether or not you ever talk to us.
- Confidential: your numbers are never shared or shown to anyone but you
- A tool, not a pitch. Use it even if selling is years away
- A directional estimate, not a formal valuation of your business
We'll also send Preparing to Sell, our guide to what gym owners need to know. Confidential. One-click unsubscribe.
A directional estimate from comparable club sales, not a formal valuation and not a number we're bound to. Every gym's story moves it.
Fair, transparent, low-drama.
From first call to fully transitioned, with a professional team handling the heavy lifting, so classes never miss a beat.

Start a conversation.
Just a conversation.
No brokers, no pressure, no obligation. Tell us a little about your gym and a founder (not a form-bot) will reply within two business days.
- Confidential from the first hello. NDA on request
- You'll talk to a founder, not an analyst
- Exploring is free; so is walking away
Fair questions, straight answers.
What happens to our name and our brand?
Nothing. That is the point. Your gym keeps its local name, colors, and identity. Vault is the standard behind the door: safety, systems, coaching investment, and the app. Families notice things getting better, not different.
What happens to my staff?
They stay, and they do better. Vault gyms offer better pay, health and retirement benefits, paid vacation, and real career paths across the network. Staff continuity through the transition is written into the plan before close.
What actually changes day to day?
The gymnastics does not change. Tryouts, team culture, and coaching philosophy stay yours. The back office changes: modern enrollment and billing, safety and risk foundations, parent communications through the Vault App, and marketing support that fills classes.
How is my gym valued?
Transparently and at market. We walk through your financials together under NDA, explain exactly how we arrive at the number, and share comparable benchmarks. Fair process is a founding value. If we are not the right buyer, we will say so.
What is my role after the sale?
Your call. Every founder keeps a forever founder hat. Some stay as GM for years, some move to coaching or mentoring the next director, some step back over a season. We shape the role around your life, not the other way around.
How long does the process take?
Typically 60–90 days from letter of intent to close, followed by a 30/60/90-day transition plan. Throughout, a professional transition team does the heavy lifting so your classes never miss a beat.
Your legacy, still yours.
