When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. The block is at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Waukegan/Gurnee, 1101 Fountain Square Place. Rates: $109/night, includes breakfast and free parking.
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
100% refund; refund deadline Jan 11, 2027 (Monday before competition); after Nov 15 a $30 leotard fee is deducted from refunds. USAG's last scratch date for this sanction is January 11, 2027.
