• Our scores and rankings are compiled from public results. They are a reference, not the official record.
• Do not scrape the site in bulk, and never use athlete information found here to contact, market to, or track an athlete.
• The gym valuation calculator gives you a rough estimate, not an appraisal and not financial advice.

Who we are, and what this covers

Vault Gymnastics operates vaultgymnastics.com. These terms cover the website and everything on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, the fix is simple: do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and it is part of these terms.

What Vault is, and what it is not

Vault is an information site for the gymnastics community: meet schedules, results, rankings, camp listings, gym pages, and news.

Our results and rankings are compiled from results published by meet hosts, host clubs, and scoring providers. Sources can be late, incomplete, or simply wrong, and our processing can introduce errors of its own. Rankings depend on which meets have reported, so they shift during a season.

Treat what you find here as a reference. The official record for any competition is the one held by the meet host and the sanctioning body. If a score matters to you, confirm it there.

Meet schedules change constantly. Confirm dates, venues, and entry deadlines with the host before you make plans.

We are independent

Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USA Gymnastics, any sanctioning body, any scoring provider, or any of the gyms, camps, and meets listed on the site, unless a page says otherwise in plain language.

We reference competition levels, event names, and meet formats because that is the language of the sport. Those references do not imply any relationship. Rules and requirements change every season, so the governing body is always the authority, not us.

Using the site

You may read Vault, link to any page, quote it with attribution, and share it. Beyond that, please do not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk download the site, or copy our results and rankings to build a competing database.
• Use any athlete information found here to contact, identify, locate, market to, or track an athlete or their family. This one is not negotiable.
• Republish our compiled results as if they were your own work.
• Submit false information through our forms, or claim a meet page you have no connection to.
• Interfere with the site, attempt to break its security, or try to get at data that is not public.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful to a minor.

Search engines crawling the site normally are welcome. If you want a data feed for a legitimate purpose, ask us instead of taking it.

We can suspend access, remove content, or decline to work with someone who breaks these rules.

Meet page claims

Meet directors and host clubs can claim their meet page. Claims are free, and we verify them over email against the meet sanction or the host club before we hand anything over. Claiming a page you do not run wastes everyone's time and we will decline it.

A claimed page does not transfer ownership of results data, and it does not remove our ability to correct or take down an entry.

The gym valuation calculator

The valuation calculator produces a rough estimate from figures you type in. It is a starting point for a conversation, nothing more.

It is not an appraisal, a formal valuation, an offer, or financial, tax, or legal advice. It does not create any advisory relationship between you and Vault. Real valuations depend on lease terms, staffing, retention, equipment, market conditions, and a dozen things a calculator cannot see. Talk to a qualified professional before you make a decision about your business.

Camps, gyms, and other listings

Camps, gyms, and programs listed on Vault are run by the organisations behind them, not by us, unless a page states that Vault operates it. Pricing, dates, staffing, safety, supervision, refunds, and everything else about a program is between you and that provider.

We do our best to keep listings accurate, but details change without telling us. Confirm anything that matters directly with the provider before you book or pay.

Our content and marks

The design, writing, photography, code, and compiled data on Vault belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Vault name, logo, and wordmark are our trademarks. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

News headlines, article summaries, and thumbnail images belong to the publications that produced them. We link out so credit and traffic go where they are owed.

Gym names, club names, and meet names belong to their owners and appear here for identification.

What you send us

When you submit a form, please give us accurate information, and only submit someone else's details if you are entitled to. By sending us an enquiry, a claim, or a signup, you are asking us to reply, so we will.

If you send us feedback or a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything for it. We are not asking for confidential material and you should not send any.

Links to other sites

Vault links to gyms, meet hosts, camps, news publications, and other sites we do not control. Following a link takes you somewhere governed by someone else's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for what is there.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that results, rankings, schedules, or listings are accurate or complete, or that any defect will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vault Gymnastics and the people who work with us are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the site. This applies whatever the legal theory, and even if we were told the damage was possible.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We change the site regularly and we may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also add, change, or remove features at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you agree to those courts hearing it.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
