When do session assignments come out?

The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.

What if we need to scratch an athlete?

Level changes/scratches allowed until Dec 20; refunds with doctor's note only Dec 21 - Jan 3. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
