When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. The block is at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. Rates: discounted rate with 2-night minimum; $39/room/night resort fee; deposit of one night plus tax; phone 877-525-2427. Book before December 2026 or until block fills.
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
Refund deadline Dec 28, 2026 (two weeks before meet). Hotel: cancel 72+ hrs for full refund minus $30 fee; under 72 hrs forfeits deposit. USAG's last scratch date for this sanction is December 28, 2026.
Can an athlete move levels after we enter?
Level changes are accepted through September 17, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
