When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. The block is at Official group block via Reserve Travel (multiple hotels). Rates: discounted group rates, limited availability.
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
Refunds until December 15, 2026 (minus gift cost); no refunds after February 1, 2027. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
Can an athlete move levels after we enter?
Level changes are accepted through December 15, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
