When do session assignments come out?

The host posts the schedule on December 23, 2026. It appears on this page as soon as it is published.

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes, 4 host hotels: Embassy Suites ($299 per night (all include breakfast and parking)), Fairfield Inn & Suites ($269 per night (all include breakfast and parking)), Hilton Garden Inn ($309 per night (all include breakfast and parking)), Holiday Inn Express ($264 per night (all include breakfast and parking)). Book before January 19, 2027.

What if we need to scratch an athlete?

Full refunds through standard entry deadline (Dec 2, 2026); 50% injury refund with doctor's note up to 30 days prior; substitution/injury refund deadline Jan 12, 2027; 100% refund if organizer cancels. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
