When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?

What if we need to scratch an athlete?
Cancellation by November 13, 2026 minus $25/gymnast administration fee; no refunds for any reason after 11/13/2026. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
Can an athlete move levels after we enter?
Level changes are accepted through November 27, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
