When do session assignments come out?

The host posts the schedule on December 31, 2026. It appears on this page as soon as it is published.

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes. The block is at HeartSong Lodge & Resort (host hotel).

What if we need to scratch an athlete?

No refunds for scratches after November 1, 2026 - no exceptions. $100 refundable deposit due at registration; payment in full due Dec 1, 2026. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.

Can an athlete move levels after we enter?

Level changes are accepted through August 27, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
