Questions coaches ask

Short answers. Anything else, ask the host directly.

How do we enter?

Entries go through the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation system, and every athlete has to be a current USAG member. Make changes there too, not by email.

What happens if we are waitlisted?

Paid entries are accepted first come, first served, and Lady Luck is full before the entry deadline most years. Do not send payment for waitlisted athletes.

Can we ask for a particular session?

Special requests are considered but not guaranteed. Send them with your entry.

What do athletes, coaches and judges from outside the United States need?

The USA Gymnastics Foreign Athletes, Coaches & Judges application, filled in completely and emailed to Paul McAloon at paul@brownslv.com. USAG wants it at least 45 days before the meet and charges $60 per participant.

What does it cost to watch?

$25 for a general admission weekend pass, which covers every session. The door takes cash only.

Who photographs the meet?

All Around Photography, on every event and with two or more photographers where possible. They deliver 15 to 30 edited images per event in a private online gallery, at high and web resolution, and families can pre-order before the meet.

When do session assignments come out?

The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes, 1 host hotel: Paris Hotel & Casino ($135 per night Sunday to Thursday, $160 Friday and Saturday). Book before December 10, 2026.

What if we need to scratch an athlete?

No refunds after the entry deadline, which is also the full payment deadline. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.

Can an athlete move levels after we enter?

Level changes are accepted through December 15, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
