When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes.
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
Refund requests by January 15, 2027; late fee $10/athlete on payments after Dec 21, 2026. USAG's last scratch date for this sanction is January 15, 2027.
Can an athlete move levels after we enter?
Level changes are accepted through December 18, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
