When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. The block is at Eight group-rate hotels in Louisville East area. Rates: $109-$154 + tax/night (2026 rates; 2027 TBD).
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
No refunds after January 4, 2027, regardless of circumstance; approved refunds processed two weeks post-meet. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
Can an athlete move levels after we enter?
Level changes are accepted through February 1, 2027 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
