The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?

What if we need to scratch an athlete?
No refunds after January 4, 2027; $100/team-level deposit non-refundable; final roster & payment due November 20, 2026. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
