When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, 4 host hotels: Courtyard Phoenix West/Avondale ($172 per night), SpringHill Suites Phoenix West/Avondale ($169 per night), Homewood Suites Avondale ($199 per night), Hilton Garden Inn ($199 per night). Book before December 15, 2026.
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
Scratch refund deadline December 1, 2026. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
