When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. The block is at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Chesterfield. Rates: discounted group rate (amount not published). Group code Olympia Crown/High 5 room block.
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
Refunds through 2027-02-22 (Monday before meet); $30 leotard fee deducted from refunds as of Dec 15. USAG's last scratch date for this sanction is February 22, 2027.
