What if we need to scratch an athlete?
Full refund for cancellations received before Dec 1, 2026; no refund or credit after Dec 1. Level/name changes only if space permits before Dec 15, 2026. No late fees. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
Can an athlete move levels after we enter?
Level changes are accepted through December 18, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
