When do session assignments come out?

The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes. The block is at Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel.

What if we need to scratch an athlete?

Full refund through Jan 8, 2027; Jan 9-15 refund with doctor note; no refund on or after Jan 16, 2027. USAG's last scratch date for this sanction is January 8, 2027.

Can an athlete move levels after we enter?

Level changes are accepted through December 1, 2026 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
