When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. The block is at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa (meet site).
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
No refunds after November 20, 2026. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
Can an athlete move levels after we enter?
Level changes are accepted through January 8, 2027 on this sanction. After that, ask the host.
