When do session assignments come out?
The host hasn't published a date for the schedule. Most hosts post session assignments a few weeks out, and it appears on this page once it does.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. The block is at The Grove Hotel (on-site host hotel). Rates: Grove $229/night avg; Hotel 43 $219; Courtyard $199; Residence Inn $229; additional hotels $114-$150.
What if we need to scratch an athlete?
Injury refunds through the meet weekend; no late fees and no level change fees; cancellation close 12-10-2026; level change deadline 12-15-2026. Ask the host about scratches after the deadline.
